I am an established NYC based fashion designer and stylist who specializes in helping you find an expressive personal style. My goal is to seek out looks and trends that speak to your personality while accomplishing a comfortable fit and complimentary color story. The mission here is for everyone to feel their best and to be confident. So, let’s get going with some self-expression! 

A bit about me, I attended The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. I have worked as a Fashion Designer over the past 20 years plus where I have designed a wide range of clothing for men, women, and children.  My clothing has been featured on television shows and in movies and has been sold on a retail rack near you. I have worked in Los Angeles and New York as well as traveled the world shopping trends and overseeing garment production. My job has always been to stay on the pulse and to design for the end consumer.  

A critical moment when dating or job seeking is to make a strong and lasting first impression. Your style is the first thing people notice.  Women and Men love and appreciate those who know how to dress and put themselves together.  In today’s hectic world, many of us don’t have the time to sift through the thousands of products in the extensive market place. That is where I come in, I love to shop and review products.  I will keep you up to date with all the latest fashions and where to find trendsetting outfits.  I can keep you current with everything from where to purchase clothing, what to buy, and how to save money… not to mention what looks good on you!

Option 1. Seasonal Style Guide

You can purchase my seasonal style guide here which will tell you where to buy my favorite items for the current season.  I have laid out my top choices with website information and links where I’ve put together different outfits that you can add to your closet right now.  This option is my most affordable and can get you on your way.  All body types are represented. $95  Request a Free Sample Here

Option 2. One on One Zoom

You and I will have a private one on one 50 minute zoom where we will discuss your current style and how we can update the way you dress and present yourself.   You will also have access to email me for one month (again, please allow up to 48 hours for a response, usually much less!), so I can give you my opinion on how things are looking on you and what you are buying. $495

Option 3. One on One Zoom/In Person NYC Photography Session

I will personally style you one on one (over a 50 minute zoom) and then connect you with my local NYC photographer friend who will take pictures you can use for your online profiles. All photography will take place in Manhattan in different locations geared specifically to you.  This package includes one month of emailing directly with me (please allow up to 48 hours for a response, usually less!!).  All images will be emailed to you directly. $1295 (recommended)

Option 4. One on One Zoom/4 meetings for the price of 3

This is the most premiere option I offer and the best deal!  We will meet once every other week via zoom for 50 minutes over an eight week period.  You can email me at any time during those two month’s with questions about your style choices, pictures of different outfits you want to purchase, and advice I can offer on your hairstyle, accessories, or overall presentation.  This option is ideal for those who want an overall rebuild or upgrade to their wardrobe and look. $1485

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What is a stylist?

A stylist can also be described as a fashion consultant or personal shopper. This person having been educated in design and color theory provides image makeover services. They hand select clothing, accessories, and cosmetic products that will enhance the personal style of the individual.

Why should I trust Jax to tell me what to wear?

I have worked as a fashion designer in NYC for over 20 years.  I have put together complete lines of clothing and have sold them at stores like Barney’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, and Macy’s.  I live, eat, and breathe current trends and fashion.  There is nobody more qualified than myself to tell you what to wear.

Who is your Style Guide for?

Anyone looking to update their personal style and /or profile photos on social media, dating sites or professional resume

Are your services only for men?

No, absolutely not! This happens to be the way that my business organically began. Truth is I have worked with women more so in my career. I started this business after getting several recommendations to style men and it went from there. With my one on one sessions, I can put together all range of looks from casual, to boho, to work chic for women.

Is the 1 on 1 coaching really unlimited?

The 1 on 1 coaching is one 50 minute zoom meeting per week with unlimited emails for two weeks. I do require (as I am only human and am often out in the stores) 48 hours to reply to emails.  I usually respond faster.

How expensive are the clothes that you recommend?

The average price point is $65 – $250. I am constantly throwing in lower and higher priced items that will fit your budget. And of course a suit will be above this range.

Are you just recommending clothing or styles from websites that give you kickbacks?

I don’t receive any kickbacks or money from any of the brands or styles I recommend.  Everything I recommend to my clients is simply because I love it!

How much should I expect to spend on new clothing and accessories?

You can spend a lot or a little.  There are cool vintage stores and top of the line luxury brands.  We will work to find a new look that works within your budgetary needs.

Can you help me with my accessories, hairstyle, or facial products?

Yes. These things are NOT represented in my style guide but I can certainly help you with ideas in my one on one sessions.
